There's Sephora, Ulta, H&M for run-of- the- mill mall shopping. There are food court kiosks but they are spread out instead of collected in a good court. There are "print your own tee shirt" spots, some local biz, and a dollar store. A movie theater. A co- working space. City Winery. All under one very large roof. That doesn't make for good browsing, imo. I stop in if there's something I need at one store, then leave. I've never stopped for moisturizer at Ulta and decided to visit Burlington or watch a movie. The Gallery was a place to hang out in its heyday, but Fashion District restricts unaccompanied minors. So it often feels empty and lifeless.
