I was working nearby and decided to put in an order to pickup on the way home after I got off work that day. About 1/2 hour AFTER the time I was supposed to pick up, I got a text message AND an email saying "We're extremely busy today and are running behind. We will let you know when your order is ready for pickup. DELAYED". So... I wait. Over an hour later, no notice yet so.. I head home. Another hour passes, still, no message. I call in, get someone in customer care who does a 3-way to the store pickup center. Associate at the store there tells me and the customer care representative that there's no delay, my order's BEEN READY since BEFORE the pickup time and I should just come get it now. So I go and get it. Still to this day, over a WEEK later, I do not have notice of that order being ready nor do I have the eReceipt I always get when I purchase from the "normal" store I use. I sent an email to the store management to let them know of my experience and I get a reply back saying if I have a problem to contact customer service. Ummm... Seriously?? Definitely will NOT be using this particular store for my pickup orders again. Sad but that's the way it goes I guess. sidenote: I've already put in and picked up at the usual store with ZERO issues since the order at the Sandusky store.

Pseudoephedrine is one of those "behind the counter" medications so I picked up the right card and brought it to the pharmacy counter. While they at least had it, it was a bummer that I had to pay extra for the same product. Other than that poor stocking, it was a good experience. Eek. But otherwise, as a convenience store CVS, this place is great. Larry the manager is always extremely talkative and friendly, and all of the other staff in the front are great. They make a point of saying hi to everyone who walks in. The CVS doesn't have a cooler case like a lot do, which is a downside. However for being in a city it always seems clean and well stocked. They renovated it a few months ago and got rid of some of the cases and stands in the front, a needed improvement so people have a place to stand in line -- also looks cleaner. Always efficient and helpful. Not 24 hours so check hours before you go!

This was my first time here and was blown away with everything that they offer - it is like they took a Target and shrunk it down! The ones working in the pharmacy itself were super busy, but still very nice and friendly. Jessica is the pharmacist that we talked to and although she was busy, she took time to listen without making us feel like we were a bother. And she was friendly to boot! They have fresh fruit and veggies and they looked fresh and in good condition. They have a deli - they have a large frozen foods section - they have clothing, bakeware, groceries... I even bought some cute oven-proof bowls to make french onion soup in! And you would think that the prices would be way high, but although a few things were a little higher, the majority of the products were priced pretty much what you would pay at Giant Eagle or Target. Anyway, I did not expect to find all of this, along with great customer service in a drug store! Who knew? Well now we all do!

They have a really nice deli with a large selection of meats, cheeses and salads. Some grab n go sandwiches and snacks are available at the deli and at the front of the store as well. They have a decent sized fresh produce kiosk, dairy, frozen and huge beer and wine section. It is indeed a one stop shop. They DO save you the run around, as their famous jingle indicates. The thing that I love most about Drug Mart is that they carry a lot of items that no one else does. Even right down to a local made almond milk. Love that! They have aisles and aisles of just about anything you could need at competitive prices. I've found some more hard to find cosmetics and hair products there, too. And did I mention that their cosmetics department is huge? My only complaint is that I wish they carried more lines of cruelty free products, but they're progressing. So, overall, I'm thrilled that there's a location so close to home now and it's not another CVS or Walgreen's. If you're in the area, check it out!
