They overcharge you for their items and when I had a problem with my $75 fitover sunglasses, one gentleman told me to bring them back in and they would either replace them or fix the missing lens on the side of the glasses. So after I made the half hour trip, the man "helping" me just shrugged and said there's nothing they can do and maybe I could put a piece of tape on them. My second rental with them I returned the rental a half hour after they closed (100000% my bad) but since they were still at the shop finishing up, they allowed me to sneak in the board and boots. They could have been pricks about it, but weren't, so am thankful for that, as I was departing Whitefish the next day so would have had to work some magic to get the stuff back to them. They will also hold your shoes for you when doing a one-day rental (an important detail to remember when taking into account when they close!).
