What I did not appreciate and why it only has 4 stars from me is the bud tender counted me and my brother down. When it was my turn to order, I swear she timed me for like 2 minutes, did not offer any information about the specific menu utensil , just pressured me by saying "you have two minutes before the order resets and times out" immediately after I said the first product. I didn't even get a good look at the menu and so I left without product I wanted and bought product I didn't want because she was so high pressure for us to make a decision. I would not stop back by for that reason alone and it's actually pretty upsetting given the prices of the products.

He apologized for the defective mug and didn't request for me to update the review, but after some cleared up emails, and after receiving my replacement, I couldn't help but update my review.
