Steer clear of the optical part of the clinic! The staff is unprofessional, standing around doing nothing every time I've been in there.. They overcharge you for their items and when I had a problem with my $75 fitover sunglasses, one gentleman told me to bring them back in and they would either replace them or fix the missing lens on the side of the glasses. So after I made the half hour trip, the man "helping" me just shrugged and said there's nothing they can do and maybe I could put a piece of tape on them. The manager was cold and completely uncaring. They make the eye clinic look terrible. read more

Are use glacier eye clinic due to the fact I have MD at a very young age and have to receive injections every 12 weeks in Mayeye. Because I go so often they're always checking my vision and when my prescription changes I can either change out lenses or get new glasses. But it's always fun to have new glasses and they have a great selection, very helpful staff, and actually it doesn't take very long to receive your glasses. They also warranty your lenses for a year and I had a pair that seem to be pretty scratched and they replaced my lenses for free I was very happy. Check them out they have a great selection of glasses, sunglasses and wearover glasses. read more

I am very disappointed and angry because I was not told by the optician at Glacier Optical that the eyeglasses I was getting on April 23, 2019 would not be covered by EyeMed. Instead he said they would be billing EyeMed and there would be a partial refund of the amount I paid. I talked to a person at Glacier Optical today June 19, 2019 and she rudely said they chose not to be in network for EyeMed. So be aware that if you have Humana Gold Choice Medicare Advantage/EyeMed your glasses will not be covered AT ALL at Glacier Optical. So I am out the full amount of my glasses in which I should have gotten $100 paid by EyeMed. Had they informed me that they were not in network I would have taken my prescription elsewhere. read more
