It took several weeks waiting to hear from someone just to know what was going on through each step of the ordering, measuring and installation process. When we would finally call to see what was going on, it was clear that we had in fact been forgotten about, and this happened not once but three times! The worst part is being told by our salesman that he would get back to me by the end of the next business day, and doesn't call back until two weeks later! This lousy service made us feel like we were not important and that they did not value us as customers. They had no problem cashing our checks, and not once was there an apology.
