I'd rather shop at places where my imagination and creative juices flow, versus someone else's curated marketing.

They responded quickly saying the dress was out of stock. Bummer but fine. I asked for a refund. They said of course. 2 weeks later I got an email saying my dress was on its way. That's odd, they said it was out of stock. Well they ended up sending me the WRONG dress. One I absolutely didn't want. I emailed them again to explain, sending pictures of the dress I order and the one I got. They basically said it's my problem now. And if I want a refund I have to go through the insane return process for the dress I didn't order or want. Terrible customer service. I will never order from them again.
