The shoe she picked had an off white sole which looked dirty to me. I work in healthcare and the last thing I want is a dirty looking shoe. She made us feel bad for how much time she had taken with myself and my son. She had already ordered a different style shoe for my son at a different location and seemed annoyed when I asked for a different style as well so I stuck with the one she had in stock. I later went back and exchanged the shoes for the one I wanted. I didn't need the shoes in March or April and just tried them on to "break them in" for work later this week. THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG SIZE!!!!! So now, I have a pair of shoes that are a size too big and won't honor the original size I ordered because "it's been too long." Really?! I'm not asking for my money back. Just the size I should have gotten in the first place. I know I'm a nobody to this business and this review won't make a difference but it is frustrating when you try to stay with a "Mom and Pop Shop" to help them out and this is what you get.

I've never had an issue with store organization, cleanliness, or employees. Accessories may be considered over priced, but periodically Famous Footwear will do a 2 pair deal (2nd pair half off for example). If they did more frequent sales that are easier to see, I'd probably come here more often. Aside from that my biggest plus with this place is convenience.

She kept saying the socks weren't on the receipt. I told her they were multiple times. Finally I said look I spent a lot and bought several pairs of socks I think if you keep looking you will find it. Finally she found it. Then I asked how long the rest of the exchange process would be because I had hungry kids in the car and that seemed to annoy her as well. Seriously? Work on your customer service.
