So ancient that you have to go inside to pay. Da faq? I think that's the first time I've had to do that in 20 years. There are drunk guys who basically hang out in the parking lot all day and all night. One of these..uh..gentlemen informed me that he thought I had a nice ass. Really? Seriously, how disrespectful. Eww. Inside wasn't much better. Everything was really dusty and it reeked of onions. I'm pretty sure the cashier lady (who was about 50) was high and she was smoking a cigarette. When did that become ok again? Gross. I do not want to inhale your cigarette smoke, ok lady? I wouldn't go here again. Ever.

I really wanted to try the Giraffe Nuts and Lemon Drops. I am glad I did!! The Giraffe Nuts are probably the best caramel chew I have ever tasted. They mellowed me out after work and gave me wonderful sleep. The lemon drops are also tasty. These also put my mind as ease, and I had a restful night. In addition, they gave me some relief for my achy back. I am anticipating my return to the shop! They also have lip balm with CBD, I can't wait to try!!

I purchased a product on a Friday which gave me a reaction. I tried to return the unused portion (minus 1 capsule) for a store credit on Monday (only 3 days later). Dana refused and kept interjecting with her own stories about her health and reactions to past medications which she never received refunds for. As a customer service rep, she needs training. This was not about her, this was about a customer who spent $80 on a product which is useless to me after the reaction. At the time of purchase, there were no visible signs posted about the no refund policy. I suggested she change that. Apparently she did take my advice and posted that comment on social media.

The people who were working there said they were not going to start letting people get gas until 7AM. At around 5 am they moved the cones and let over 25 or more people jump around all of us who been waiting in line and let them fill their vehicles and gas cans. Point is, does the owner know what their employees are doing. Meaning letting all their friends, family and nabors come in and jump ahead of people who been waiting all this time for gas. I think not. I will be finding out who the owner is and let them know about this. Things like this is the reason you are seeing trouble, fighting and a shame to say worse someone getting killed over stupid actions as what took place this morning. Will not be getting my business again or company business.

All of the juices are set up & ready to screw into a mod & try. We talked with the 2 guys behind the counter & they were knowledgeable and patient with us. We are pretty new to the whole vaping scene. What was disappointing however, was as we started tasting all the ejuice flavors, they quickly began all tasting the same. We tried drinking water to see if that would help. Every 5th or 6th juice would taste right. We mentioned to the now 1 guy in the store , that everything was tasting burnt. He said yeah the liquid sits on the coils & alot of these have been in there for a while. I said yeah but they taste burnt. He then said Oh yeah the coils probably need to be changed. Ooooook....so change the coils! How can u expect to sell what appear to be quality juices, if no one can taste them? They have an excellent setup for tasting but they need to do some quality control. Or a horrible lack of customer service. When we arrived into the store we were not greeted at all by anyone, no one said welcome or how may I help you, when clearly a customer of another race had just walked out of the store and was smiling and laughing with the staff. There were several people standing behind the counter and no one said anything. It was a feeling of despise and unwelcome; almost as though why are "yall" here? I then walked around the store to look for an item for my baby, I said excuse me 3x to this girl behind the counter with the purple TIGERS shirt on and she ignored me until my mom said "mam she has a question," she then turned around and said in the nastiest tone, "mam we dont sell that here." And turned back around and continued restocking behind the counter with her back turned. My mom told me we need to get out of here IMMEDIATELY! Sadly and disappointingly We left after that experience and will NEVER be back. I unfollowed their establishment on FB and will never look forward to purchasing anything from them in my entire lifeeeee!!! I was so hurt, because I didnt understand how people could be so mean and offer horrible customer service. As well as pre-judge me according to my race and prior experiences they have had already. Its unfair, cruel, and just outright OUTDATED. All in all, please kill the hatred according to people's skin color and run your business!! Stop judging folks and do your job with the GRACE of God. I pray God blesses your business despite the color of your hearts and for judging my family like we were going to steal or cause harm. Do better next time, because not all black people are the same. Bathrooms are 10/10, single toilet rooms- no stalls here! The outside space looks neat but it's a thousand degrees out and I'm not built for heat. Tips for improvement: list the hops used in each beer and list prices on the chalkboard. Hops used in the beer is a great opener for people new to craft beer as well as the beer nerds. If dogs are allowed, advertise that! Brewery people = dog people. And lastly, make small talk with the patrons. We wanna talk beer with you!
