This studio is located inside the JCP store, on their second floor. I've used them on several…read moreoccasions to take photos. Not every experience has been a good one but they sometimes have good deals and prices so it's hard not to come back. Employees are usually never the same. It seems as if they are constantly hiring new staff, including photographers. I've had issues with appointments before, especially when they overbook sessions. Basically scheduling every 10 minutes, which is clearly not sufficient time. At least not for everybody. Some sessions might be for one person, whereas other sessions will be for a family of 5...so yeah, they definitely need to schedule sessions based on number of people being photographed.

We had about 20 friends and family over and wanted a mix of candid shots, family portraits, and photos of the ceremony itself. Ryan captured everything beautifully -- the big moments, the small emotional details, and the natural energy of the day. Tess and Ryan were also incredibly communicative from our early conversations through the final edits and delivery. They made the whole process easy, professional, and stress-free. Well, that's exactly what happened when I stumbled across one of his pictures on social media. I immediately went to his profile, and I was completely in love with his pictures. I was blown away. I did not read his reviews online or did not know anyone who could have recommended him to me. I booked him right away for our engagement/10-year anniversary shoot and that same day I wasted no time and booked him for the wedding as well lol. He was the first one I booked even without having a venue or anything else. As I went to my vendors for the wedding when they asked who the photographer was everyone spoke incredible things about him, about his talent, professionalism, and how amazing he is and to think that all of this started based on one of his professional pictures on social media. His pictures were unique, artistic, and completely different to what you see out there, which was exactly what I was looking for. Then, once my husband and I meet him "we fell in love" lol literally. What's not to love? He has a great personality, approachable, professional, funny, adventurous, and cool. He is easy to work with and a true artist and a creator of magic with his lens. He truly loves what he does. However, it is the experience and service he provides to all his clients that are the most important for him. Which tells you a lot about who he is not only as a photographer but as a human being. Also, his staff is incredible. On the other hand, I must mention I am a (little) difficult to work with (lol). The happiness and joy the pictures of our engagement and wedding gave us is immeasurable! As soon as I saw Miguel's work I knew he was the one I wanted to hire for this special moment in our lives. When we met him, there wasn't a doubt in my mind that not only did he have a great talent but he was genuinely interested in giving the best of himself to making our pictures amazing. We did an engagement session in two different locations and Miguel and his assistant were very professional and consistently tried to make us feel comfortable all while listening to our ideas. He was very good at guiding us through the different poses. At our wedding, Miguel and his team took so many good shots before and during the wedding.
