My first class was with Lacey and my favorite is probably Hernon his playlist hits and he pushes and gives praise his enthusiasm hypes me watching him hype others he's also like other coaches Isabel who will correct your form which prevents us from hurting ourselves and building what we're trying to build in the activity we're on. I'm sure all the coaches are great but these are my favorites thus far and I'm not from the area but would and do return here often. So if you need the push gym wise and aren't self motivated orange theory is a good place to be it's just one hour.....so go hard.

Brandy Juda is a star and has become a friend on top of being an excellent gym supervisor. She is knowledgeable and resourceful, and has a welcoming smile for everyone! All of the Club 24 employees are pleasant and effective. Clean; easy to access; affordable with good quality machines and weights--well maintained, clean and nicely arranged. AND, a great clientele. Cleaning was mostly enforced by staff for Club members to clean, but didn't notice much at all from staff members. However, this is necessary to keep a clean and sanitary gym. Not to mention a safe environment for gym members. As an example, one CLUB 24 I went to had the same cobwebs in the rafters for the whole year of my membership. Maybe Club members are responsible for that cleaning as well. The stairmaster was mostly not working with the heart monitor and digital components not operational. The bathrooms were always filthy. Worse than outhouse type. I imagined that my annual membership would stay the same since I signed up for the year. No, I was wrong! It escalated to $50 a month without explanation. $29 a month is a real STRETCH, in my opinion, for any Club 24 in the Tri-Cities area with broken old equipment and unsanitary conditions. I will be going to a more REPUTABLE GYM like GOLDS that has up to date equipment and equipment that is in tip-top shape. The monthly cost will be a much better value to. My suggestion to anyone looking for a gym this is not your gym. Keep looking. Very disappointing experience.

Thank took much first mommy and me classes with my baby and it was kind of a mess!…read moreThe pool had to private lessons going at the same time as our class and we kept bumping into each other and at one point I tripped over a bench they set up to "separate" the lessons. I almost went under the water with my baby . Also a baby in the class threw up in the pool and not much was done so we left the class early because I didn't feel like it was sanitary that they had us stay in the pool. Also they give the tiny babies little toys and they were chewing on the toys and then they wanted us to have the babies swap toys which I didn't think was sanitary. We didn't feel like there was much instruction or help at all I never really even spoke to the instructor the two classes we did take because she was so busy . It's also in the backyard of Someones house. No signs to point you where to go .We decided to just not attended the last two classes and just take a loss as far as the money we spent.

My daughter had dozens of lessons in Seattle and it was all play and not many skills came out of it. My son did 2 sessions which consists of lessons 5 days a week for half an hour. After 4 weeks he is confident in the water. Skills he's learned are nose bubbles, water bobbing, getting out of the water without steps, and floating. My daughter did one session with Hannah and she has gained so much confidence! She can swim on her own! It's been great to see her progress. She now understands how to breath underwater, dive, and can swim a lap in the deep end! Lessons are held outside at a private residence. The pool is kept clean. There is no overpowering chlorine smell which is nice. There is plenty of seating for parents. There is a restroom accessible for kids/parents that is connected to the house but accessible from outside. They offer mommy and me, preschool, core, and swim team classes. The description of each class is listed on their website and is accurate. Group, semi private, and private lessons.They do have multiple classes at the same time but at no time did I feel like another class was distracting from what my kids were learning. Class sizes are kept small. My son did group and semi private and they were equally great. The prices are very reasonable. Its truly priceless to see your child learning water safety and how to properly swim. I highly recommend!

That is inconvenient and dishonest, and because of that, I won't be back. For anybody looking for a free workout, they never lock the door, so you don't even need to scan your badge to get in.
