They keep telling my that our account is past due even though our bank record shows they have received payment. In other words the billing company is clue as well as the gym itself. They have no clue what each other is doing. This gym in particular is in Richland Washington . The manager is extremely rude. The rest of the staff is awesome.

The trainers are wonderful (I have mostly taken classes with Curtis, and he's really excellent!), the community of athletes is welcoming and supportive, the gym is immaculate, and the workouts are always challenging and never dull. I had never done CrossFit before coming here, and I was initially a little bit nervous. I thought it was mostly an activity for jocks who don't mind injuring themselves. Fortunately, my preconceptions did not apply at all to RMX! Curtis is really conscientious about getting us warmed up and ready for the workout every day, and emphasizes good form and injury prevention. We always practice key movements before the workout starts, and Curtis will check on you and help you perfect the movements as the workout progresses. That said, these are not easy workouts -- the jocks can certainly enjoy themselves here alongside the beginners! RMX is a wonderful gym, and I will be going back as often as I can. I have learned a lot about weightlifting, jumping rope, and managing my energy during long sets -- and I am already a little stronger than I was when I started. In winter months I go for the black card which is only $21 and get unlimited tanning. I come in around noon 2-5 days a week. It's not very busy around that time I imagine it gets super busy later on. I came in before that date after having to squeeze the time in between school and work when a staff member was actually there, signed the paperwork, and went on my merry way only to discover later that I had been charged for two months after I signed the cancellation paperwork. I'm told I can't get a refund because they can't find the paperwork and I don't have a copy. I wasn't offered a copy, they can't find it, and the burden of proof is on me? It's basically being implied that I'm lying and I'm out $80 because my cancellation paperwork was lost in the shuffle.
