I was working out last Wednesday, 10/16. When I came I'm around 11:30am, two members there. They finished up and left, I continued on. That horrible, beat pounding music drove me out of that place early. Also I couldn't locate a manager, thinking I might ask her to turn that awful off or at least decrease it. What's the deal here? Must I endure head banging music to work out? Surely there has to be a compromise.. if I am to continue being a member.

We also observed controlling and cult-like dynamics within the gym, including discouraging athletes from interacting with others at competitions and treating the coach more like a figure of authority than a trainer. When friends later tried to cancel their memberships, they were pressured financially rather than treated fairly. Based on our direct experience, we would not recommend this gym to anyone seeking a safe, professional training environment. There are better and safer options in town.
