I've been here a few times for an oil change, and unfortunately, they are NOT fast. Don't let the…read moreadvertised 15-minute drive-thru oil change fool you! My visits have taken anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. There always seem to be several employees standing around chatting instead of getting the job done efficiently. If you're in a hurry, this is definitely NOT the place to go. I understand things can get busy, but the service needs to be much faster, especially when advertising a 15-minute oil change. Hopefully, management can improve efficiency and customer service.

I have only been here once for my girlfriend's car, but I was honestly very impressed. I had called…read moreJiffy Lube to ask about their wait times and the phone rang for 3-4 minutes with no answer. I decided to call Express and they answer before the phone could even ring a second time (granted it is the summer and their customers are more spread throughout the day). I immediately took her car in and they took the time to understand what I wanted and to explain everything so I knew what was going on. The oil change itself took roughly 20 minutes or so. They informed me of everything going on with the car in detail. Her transmission oil had not been changed and she was a few thousands miles past the due mileage for it, so the gentleman did urge us to get that done. It wasn't an attempt to up-sell as much as it was a genuine concern for the longevity of her car. I know this because things like the cabin filter needed to be changed, but he simply asked if we wanted to replace it now or wait. We said "not now"; he said "okay" and that was it. I will definitely be taking my cars here from now on.
