My Daughter recently ordered a floral arrangement from Wildbud Floral Co for her wedding, with clear instructions and a written confirmation of the types of flowers to be used more so not to be used. Unfortunately, the arrangement she received included completely different flowers--some of which she had specifically requested not be included due to allergies and personal preference. To be specific Roses. Roses were used in almost all arrangement including boutonnière and corsage's. When my daughter reached out to address the issue, expecting at least an acknowledgment or offer to make things right, her contact, Cheyenne was unavailing and dismissive to her concerns. Despite having the original written order as proof, she refused to take responsibility and only offered $500.00 in store credit as the only form of correction. Her unwillingness to admit any mistake, even with documentation in front of her, was frustrating and unprofessional. Clearly $500.00 refunded would have gone much farther in restoring one's business name and integrity as opposed to a credit from a business that fails in customer service. Mistakes can happen--what really matters is how a business handles them. In this case, the lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction left a lasting negative impression. I would strongly caution anyone considering this florist to look elsewhere, especially if you're planning something important and expect reliability and integrity. I'm hoping I'm allowed to download and share pictures of my daughter's day and allow you to compare what is on their website for an outdoor wedding venue and compare with the reality we had. I have purchased products from Birthday flowers to Funeral Sprays and everything was beautiful. The staff is great and always give us a call if something is out of stock before they substitute for a different flower or ask if we have preferences. Flowers are expensive anywhere you order from however the value is well worth the price point for their arrangements. The flowers are always fresh, arrive cold and in water and promptly - the driver who does the deliveries also always gives instructions on how to care for the arrangement. I would highly recommended ordering from them via phone or on their website for your floral needs.

While this was their first Celebration of Life service, they did a fabulous job of reassuring us that everything was in order. When you are suffering from a loss, that type of assistance is a true gift. They transformed a plain looking hall into a beautiful setting. We assisted them with the set up and they were appreciative. They were helpful in helping us find the caterer and bartender set up. Everyone had a great time and we didn't have to do anything to make sure everything was setup and available for our guests. Don and Dawn were very flexible, and despite a full schedule and many brides to deal with, Dawn always welcomed me reaching out to her with any questions. Dodasa handles everything! It was such a relief to not have to worry about a thing, but just enjoy the weekend. We had extra decor and alcohol we brought and we just dropped it off and they set everything out. We were really happy that she offers an engagement shoot as part of a package since we knew that getting comfortable with your photographer before your wedding day is so important! Joleen offers a great mix of organization and spontaneity. In the case of our engagement shoot, she was up for lots of climbing up and down San Francisco stairs and helped make us comfortable and confident so she could capture us really well. Her final photos for the engagement shoot were wonderful and we knew that she'd do a great job with our wedding day. We had a number of beautiful images to choose from for our save the date, moving announcement, wedding website, family gifts, and even a custom jigsaw puzzle. In the planning of our wedding day, Joleen was very helpful, realistic, and patient with us as we navigated our timeline. She was professional in providing expectations about how long something will take to photograph. She was responsive when it came to all of our questions and helpful in communicating guidance. On the day of the wedding, Joleen was on time and really helpful and flexible during the getting ready process, first look, and couple photos. At the venue, she did a great job orchestrating our bridal party and family photos. Joleen did a great job operating behind the scenes during the ceremony and cocktail hour. She provided the perfect amount of guidance during photo opportunities (like signing the marriage license or during the cake cutting) and was also flexible with impromptu group photos as well as the weather not being able to provide a sunset shot. Her sneak peek photos of our wedding showed her great eye and she finished our entire wedding album a few weeks ahead of schedule which we really appreciated. She did a wonderful job capturing our ceremony and reception as we enjoyed our big day. We wanted a candid feeling with our photos and Joleen delivered! She did an amazing job.
