Had a cousin visiting near by from TX, so we met here for lunch. Loved the Americana style of the…read moreplace! All these years we lived about 30 minutes away and never have been there... that changes now! It is worth the drive. HH & I arrived at 11:30am Thursday and the place was packed! Great sign for us. It was seat yourself, but we needed 4 seats. So while we waited by the door two men sitting at a 6 'top' table heard we would need the bigger table so they moved to a two top and gracefully gave us the 6 top. Very nice of them! Our server was the adorable MISSY! What a hoot! The visiting cousin was with her new fiancé and we were just meeting him that day. (He is a GREAT guy with a funny sense of humor... we approve;) Missy and David (fiancé) hit it off and she knew who 'pick on', and we all had great laughs! So much so that I think other people were leaning in to hear the jokes and fun stories! Cousin is GF and Missy was terrific in following up on her requests.
