I called in January to make the reservations and Daisy when ABOVE and BEYOND to be so accommodating of my situation that she even was thoughtful enough to do a call back mid-March for finalizing the appointment. What surprised me the most is, she KEPT HER WORD and that to me speaks volumes. Unfortunately we didn't need ​MAC services due to conflicting times, however, I will not let her EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE go unnoticed. Making the appointment was so easy on their website, they really care about what services you want. When I arrived the front desk lady was so sweet and pleasant and it was a great feeling, nothing felt rushed either. Sadie did my hair and she did wonderful, this entire salon and stylist are fantastic. Nothing felt rushed, no one seemed to be in a hurry. She also put just the right amount of product in my hair this is the first time I didn't wash my hair as soon as I got my hair done cause it felt greasy and just gross. It doesn't seem like they are just trying to get customers and trying to get the hair done super quick they really took their time. Prices to me seem very reasonable, and I'll definitely be booking my next hair appointment here.

I asked for lots of layers and curtain bangs, and she delivered perfectly. Not only did she give me the best haircut and style (and the most relaxing head wash ever!), but she made me feel so comfortable. Talking with her was like chatting with a therapist -- we connected about our husbands being in the military and the challenges of moving and finding a home, and she just got it. Another stylist blew out my niece's hair and she looked like a rock star. Prices are very reasonable and they did a great job.

And later within the conversation she had mentioned how her family had worked in the cotton mills and her comment was, " See, white people picked cotton too." I paid 65.00 for this and turned around and had someone fix it as best they could with what was left and that was an additional 40.00 (different salon). In the reply they stated that maybe I need to sit down with the next for a consultation, but if you ask to see the picture 2 times what else is needed in a consultation. Stay away at all cost. Unless you have money to just throw away.
