What these other people are NOT saying is that Page does NOT receive one penny in profits until you revamp your entire investment. Page has been very helpful to me from my Literary agent to my publication coordinator to the final print stage. I am very, very happy with Page publishing and will use them for my next book as well. I wish I did my due diligence and investigated this company before I got caught in their web of bate and switch. I want my contract terminated and my money back immediately. There is ZERO return on investment, only headaches, anxiety, and now 5k in debt. The company is taking all the joy away from my success as an author. I do believe I've been scammed and that's the worst feeling! I'm not sure how they sleep at night. I just want my money back and to forget this nightmare.

This time when I call I scheduled a delivery wIth a guy who tells me my delivery will arrive the next day. NO DELIVERY EVER CAME. I called numerous times and was avoided by the man who I placed my delivery with. A whole WEEK LATER I call to inquire about my delivery or lack there of and Jeanie picks up (rude as usual) and tells me my information is no longer in the system and that they no longer deliver in queens. Mind you I got no notice of this change on the mail or over the phone when I was SCHEDULING MY DELIVERY OR CALLING ONCE MY DELIVERY NEVER CAME AFTER A WEEK OF ORDERING! When I began to express this to Jeanie she gave zero cares and without an ounce of compassion or customer service she said "have a great day" and hung up the phone.
