This time when I call I scheduled a delivery wIth a guy who tells me my delivery will arrive the next day. NO DELIVERY EVER CAME. I called numerous times and was avoided by the man who I placed my delivery with. A whole WEEK LATER I call to inquire about my delivery or lack there of and Jeanie picks up (rude as usual) and tells me my information is no longer in the system and that they no longer deliver in queens. Mind you I got no notice of this change on the mail or over the phone when I was SCHEDULING MY DELIVERY OR CALLING ONCE MY DELIVERY NEVER CAME AFTER A WEEK OF ORDERING! When I began to express this to Jeanie she gave zero cares and without an ounce of compassion or customer service she said "have a great day" and hung up the phone.
