When I go to the front to pay, the young man at the front tells me that that shoe is not on sale, so I say the box is marked, he gets a attitude and says well someone marked the wrong box, and I need to read the ad before I come. This young man had the worst attitude I have ever experienced in my life. I will never go back to this store again. I will drive another 20 minutes to the one in Jesup.

When I returned she asked me for my zip code that's listed on the freaking license that I had to go to the car, in the rain, to get. I said "you couldn't ask me for all the information?" I didn't with a laugh and a smile too.. I mean since she asked me anyway for the information that's right in her face, soooo....... And she turned from what she was doing and replied with "we have to have the I.d to input the information" then turned around continued imputing the information and said it's also listed on the sales receipt, you could choose not to give it to us then we just can't do the return." I said "oh ok" Then come to find out it doesn't even say state I.d. It says positive I.d and phone number, which could've been my military i.d.... I could've gave her that without going out to the car. I worked in a clothing store before and Ive dealt with some crazy customers but I was not rude or loud or anything and didn't deserve that trash Customer service she provided me with. She could've said "Oh sorry about that, it's a story policy, I just have to have the i.d in front of me." She had little patience. Mad rude and unprofessional. I wasn't even expecting her snotty reply.. Terrible experience and I will NEVER be back.

I was quickly approached by a friendly sales associate which helped me find what I was looking for. The shoe i wanted they were out of but was told I could order and have sent to my house for free. The associate passed me off to the cashier who was also very helped and Pleasant, she quickly helped me and in no time had the shoes ordered and paid for.
