What had caused me hours of grief took him 15 minutes to fix. I was out the door for $25 for that piece, and i picked up some other equipment while i was there. 100% recommend this shop. They were responsive, they did not treat me stupid and they got my problem fixed immediately. I was back home within 25 minutes with my tire installed. I rode tonight for 80 minutes and she performed flawlessly! I will be back.

I called before they…read morenotified me for pick up just to see if my order would be ready as I was passing through the area home from business (I live an hour away from the shop). They assured me that it would be finished within 1-2 hours. I showed up an hour later as they were just finishing up. One of the associates was letting me know some of the features as the tech took it for a quick spin post build. They did not upsell me on accessories that I may or may not need, they helped me pick out a helmet and gave me some tips for my new bike, as well as offered me two free tune ups as a new customer. Not only do they run a solid shop, they have beer on tap and coffee as well. Will definitely be a returning customer and would recommend to others.

It's nice to be able to leave a 5-star review to an establishment like Garon's. I'm fairly picky,…read moredon't give out 5-star ratings very often, but I feel it's a well deserved rating. Terrific place, with super nice folks who work there. Garon, the owner, is one swell guy to work with. Big jewelry store in a seemingly small building. Lots of inventory from watches to all kinds of jewelry; I can't imagine a person not being able to find what they're looking for there. I just went in for a watch battery. It was not only replaced in a few minutes, but for $8, a person couldn't ask for a fairer price than that. I'm relatively new to the area, and had probably driven by 1000 times before I knew they were there. A friend turned me on to Garon's, and said he's been going there for decades. I was as impressed by the store as I was with its owner and staff. Garon's will most definitely be my go-to place from here on out.

The ring I got for my Fiancee (now wife) is an absolute gem (hold applause for puns please). The owner Garon, his wife, and Michael were all great. When I found a problem with my ring after purchase I mailed it to them and they fixed the problem at no cost. Considering this involved them actually replacing the diamond with a higher quality one, this is unheard of in modern business. Do not go to Jared, do not go to Zales, go here!

I drove there and went to the gun section in the back of the store, finding the gun in the glass case, but no employee was around. I waited for a quarter of an hour, and no one appeared. I walked around, looking for someone, and the only two employees I could find were manning the cash registers at the front of the store, and they couldn't come back to the rear and help me. I left the store very frustrated, seeing the item I wanted to buy, but not being able to buy it. For an expensive purchase like this, I want to do it in person, but this store is seriously understaffed. I had to reluctantly go somewhere else.

The…read morezippers are so cheap and thin, they snap with the simplest of pulls to open and close the bag. I spent hundreds of dollars when I bought the bag and I wanted to exchange the bag with an Easton brand bag instead and pay the $45.00 difference. I explained that to the associate on the phone and he told me that I needed the receipt, which I have, and the original bag tags and it needs to be in its original packaging ( Which I do not have because I did not know it was going to be defectively cheap.). I went back and forth with the guy on the phone which I pleaded my case for why I was returning it? Why I had no tags, that I knew he could make new tags for the bag if he really wanted to, and that he shouldn't tag and resale this bag or any of those bags because they are cheap pieces of garbage but he just kept on repeating the same thing about needing tags and a receipt or no return or exchanges. The bottom line is that you have two options. You can go to this Dunhams and deal with a guy that enjoys being a dick or you can go to DICKS and get a better return/exchange policy, better phone customer service etiquette, kinder staff, and company that is willing to up-sell you on a product in their store to make a profit. I know what my choice will be from here on out.
