Not…read more However, I have to say, buying from Michael at Paramount was entirely worth the extra drive for me from Charlotte and was as pleasant an experience as car buying can be. We negotiated price before I even saw the car (having test driven several in Charlotte), they were able to reduce my bank's offered interest rate and at no time were they pushy, rude, condescending or any other adjective one equates with car salesmen. No last minute items were pushed other than an extended warranty (pretty sure everyone does that these days). I let the business manager go over the details but when I politely declined I wasn't pressured to make a different decision. I received what I feel is a fair price and while only time will tell on the actual car it's a pre-owned certified so no worries on the quality of the vehicle. I'm not one to buy cars all that often but I'll definitely be sending anyone in the market over to talk to the guys here.

BEWARE! My sister bought her wedding dress in February and went to get fitted 8 weeks before the…read morewedding. She wasn't able to have the fitting because they didn't order the dress as expected. They assumed she wanted the floor model that was riped, torn, and had makeup on it! She couldn't get fitted because they didn't clean or repair it and it might shrink in the cleaning process. They sold her the floor mode for FULL price (around $1100!) and said it was her fault because she didn't tel them she wanted to order one. My mother and her future mother in law both were with her when she checked out when they claimed that she said she wanted the floor model. Now they are refusing to refund her or even give her a discount and say they sell worn used floor models for full price all the time!! I wonder how many people paid full price and got a floor model and didn't know! No where on her receipt does it say floor model or order! I am so disappointed in he Formal Showcase. I bought my dress from there 12 years ago and feel horrible that I sent her there.

I went up front to place the order and was told I would need to be measured first. After she measured me, she told me that the size I needed was 2 sizes up. I told her that I JUST tried on a smaller size dress and that it fit perfectly. She told me that it is better to order up because you can take in dresses but you can't let them out if they're too small, which is totally understandable. I told her that the size I tried fit fine and that since I was losing weight I should be just fine. She continued repeating that statement and insisting that I go 2 sizes up. After arguing back and forth I finally just got 1 size up and left the store. Today, I picked up my dress, and it is HUGE. There is no part of the dress that doesn't need to be taken in. If I had ordered 2 sizes up as she insisted, the dress would've been a total loss. Now I'll be spending even MORE money on alterations that would have been avoided had my voice mattered during my purchase. All my previous experiences with The Formal Showcase have been wonderful, but this is just a warning to anyone shopping for dresses in the future.

What had caused me hours of grief took him 15 minutes to fix. I was out the door for $25 for that piece, and i picked up some other equipment while i was there. 100% recommend this shop. They were responsive, they did not treat me stupid and they got my problem fixed immediately. I was back home within 25 minutes with my tire installed. They assured me that it would be finished within 1-2 hours. I showed up an hour later as they were just finishing up. One of the associates was letting me know some of the features as the tech took it for a quick spin post build. They did not upsell me on accessories that I may or may not need, they helped me pick out a helmet and gave me some tips for my new bike, as well as offered me two free tune ups as a new customer. Not only do they run a solid shop, they have beer on tap and coffee as well. Will definitely be a returning customer and would recommend to others.
