I scored an Ella Moss top for 30 dollars on clearance, and Free People jeans that make my a** look fantastico. The southern ladies that run the shop are super helpful and hospitable. If I am ever down in Lexington again I will hit up this place for sure. In fact I may have to go back tomorrow before the wedding I am in town for to get that totally cute plaid coat I saw.....

It wasn't until I looked at my receipt that I noticed they charged $10 for shipping. The woman informed me that she took off the WV sales tax though & that would save me a bit on the shipping. Well, that is appropriate since the shoes were coming from a state other than WV...I just found the ordeal off-putting that she was not forthcoming with having charged me for shipping on an item that I should have been able to walk out that store with had it not been for a defect. Feels like bad business practice to me & would advise them to be more upfront with the charges prior to swiping someone's credit card, as well as just be customer centric. The selection of shoes & the nice mannerism of the employees are the reasons why I gave 3/5 stars.

Located in a beautifully designed store on the top floor of the Valley View Mall in Roanoke, Virginia, Leatherhous, a mom and pop small business that has survived the test of times for over fifty years and continues to thrive with much success, offering a wide range of leather jackets, wallets, purses, backpacks, belts, hats, vests, pants, and boots, among other unique gifts such as jewelry and home decoration items. I was amazed and highly impressed from the time I discovered this store through the beauty of its products being displayed through its display windows. So much so that I had to go inside to enjoy a visual delight of amazing, quality products that would make pride possessions and wonderful unique gifts. A very distinguished lady with a wonderful personality greeted me and welcomed me with a warm and friendly smile and was full of knowledge of the story of the owners and their talent for discovering beautiful quality products to add to the already existing ones.
