The bikes, accessories, and repairs are quite affordable (even the name brand ones (Schwins etc). The owner is very careful in doing a good and thorough job and does it with great customer service. We weren't able to get a fire started and recontacted the company who told us they wouldn't be able to come out for another 2 weeks. We called another company who came out and found the flue to be plugged at the top. Pictures were taken of the problem, which we shared with the owner of the company. He has refused to refund our money and called my husband a liar. We get our chimney cleaned every year whether it needs it or not. We could have had a fire based on the blockage. We had planned on going to a chain store to purchase a mattress and thought we'd have to transport it from out of town ourselves if we wanted it the same day. I looked to see if there were any mattresses available locally and this store popped up and was highly rated. We went in, were immediately greeted, asked what we were looking for, and guided to the right mattress. They helped us find a good deal and didn't try to oversell to us. Even though their delivery trucks were already out for the day, they made a trip back so they could deliver our mattress the same day, in order to assist us with our short turn around time. They delivered the bed a couple hours later and set it up. My daughter loves it! We'll definitely return when we have future furniture needs in Fremont.
