I for one, am definitely thankful for this store. I have not one but 4 members of my family who are Adidas addicts. I can see why because they certainly have great stuff but it's personally not my style so I buy other and cheap workout gear that won't burn holes in my wallet and pockets. An outlet store won't so every time there's a birthday or it's Christmas, I always visit this branch. They have great discounts (up to 70% off during sale season) and you can even call them beforehand to ask if they have a certain model you want.

They sell foreign brands and display them by size, which is so much more convenient than finally seeing a pair you absolutely love only to find out that it's not available in your size. They sell pairs at a standard rate of PhP2,500. For some pairs that are more high-end, the prices go up by a reasonable margin. Once or twice a year, they also hold an all-out sale wherein they swing the prices even lower. With all of that plus the shoe bags they hand out for free, who wouldn't be a shoe addict?

These social entrepreneurs also employ and empower their neighbors who pitch in with the creation of goods that they eventually consign with the cooperative. You should give their showroom a visit if you are in the area and see if you want to buy anything that tickles your fancy. They have textiles and traditional weavings, handicrafts (bags, wallets, totes and purses), home decor, and other locally made, indigenous products. I keep on coming back to this small cooperative/eco store because of their coconut ice cream. I try to minimize my dairy intake, and I find that their brand of coconut ice cream is just as creamy as regular ice cream. They have a coco leche flan ice cream that I have brought several times to parties, and have become such instant hits. It's a really rich and decadent treat that you can enjoy especially during the hot summer months. You can take a scoop and top a bowl of halo halo with it. For P250, you get a big tub that will last you several days - or hours, depending on your appetite.

From super pretty furniture to quirky little gift items, a trip to Regalong Pambahay is an instant picker-upper. What with the dainty colours and chic items, I don't know any person who won't appreciate a stop at RP. But you know what would really put a skip in your step? A Regalong Pambahay Outlet Store. Yeap, you heard right. An outlet store. Of Regalong Pambahay. With all the cute items and gorgeous furniture. (!!!) When I first saw the store's sign, I immediately wanted to go. Unfortunately I've been extremely busy at work so I only got the time to do it recently... as in a couple of hours ago. And OMG, it was the best!!! Like a kid entering a toy store, a huge smile was plastered on my face when I saw all the items inside. The outlet store was really big so you could see every section easily. They had pillows in various prints which go for 800 for 2 pieces. They had pouches (which could be bought in EGG), picture frames, bags, plates, vases and more! It was such a nice place to visit and gorge on the items! But what really made my head spin was their gift section. In one corner, they had different quirky items enough to make any girl so so sooooo happy!!! They have moustache straws (which were 100 pesos for a pack of 4), pretty stickers (prices range from 30 to 70 pesos), really gorgeous journals with really pretty paper (they go for 200 pesos) and basically a bunch of trinkets you're gonna wanna purchase. And they are cheap! Resisting to buy is the biggest problem. The struggle is indeed real, my friends. I actually gave in and bought a pack of London-inspired erasers (P50 for a pack of 4 different erasers), a tin can (P50) which I now use as a pen holder, a chic cardholder (P50) and my best buy out of them all, a "sceach" notebook. It's basically a notebook with black pages that when you write on, a rainbow of colors appear. AND IT WAS ONLY P40!!!!! In the words of Rachel Zoe, I died. I literally just died.
