Attached is the photo; it's a heel with a wrap around strap attached only on the outer side and their craftsman was able to secure it and make both shoes fit perfectly! The job was perfectly in my price range ($30) when I had no clue what the job would have cost in general. I'm just thrilled that I could wear these shoes after having them stored in my closet for two years after buying them off eBay and fretting that I would never be able to wear them!

Even if you try to explain your dissatisfaction he will NOT listen and verbally attack with bad words in front of his daughter and wife and not take grant it for his messy job. Shame on you! They look fantastic and were brought back to life beautifully. A couple things to know upfront: There's a language gap, so you'll need to communicate via text. The owners are a sweet Armenian couple who do great work, but texting is the way to go. Also, my repair was 2 days late without notification. I didn't need them urgently so it wasn't an issue for me, but if you're on a tight timeline, the name "SOS" might be a bit misleading. That said, this is clearly a small family business doing quality craftsmanship, and I'm grading on that curve. For something I need once in a blue moon, I'm more than happy with the results. I never felt ripped off or scammed - just be realistic about turnaround time. Bottom line: Excellent work at the end of the day. Just text them and don't expect rush service!
