AN EXTORTIONIST. I hope it was worth his $12 to cut and destroy a Kate Spade shoe to add a 2 cent elastic that broke in the first hours of wear. In an effort to wear the PREVIOUSLY PERFECT FITTING SHOE to my event, I put on my BARELY SUSTAINING SHOE and I dared not give them a tug, because surely they would break. The heal he added snagged on a stair and the rubber bands broke. THE STRUCTURE OF THE SHOE WAS DESTROYED.
