Don't get me wrong. I love hopes and have gotten quite a few good fitting and comment producing…read moreoutfits. But as of late I have been pretty disappointed The most recent issue was receiving a T-shirt I ordered from their bridal collection 2-3 months after the fact. It wasn't so much that it was late (they had an issue with the company printing the shirts). But it was pretty difficult getting a response from anyone about what was going on. And I know I wasn't the only customer asking. I mostly wanted to leave this review for those who are online shoppers. I live on CA, and like i said I do have clothes from hopes that I absolutely LOVE and fit me well. But I feel as though I have wasted so much money lately I'm 5'8" and have D boobs, I wear mediums but lately most things i order from them fit like a small or extra small. The length barely covers my butt or the clothes fit too tight. I think I get so misled by the pictures. I had purchased a maxi that, online didn't have an opening in the front (right in between your boobs). Well, when I got it and put I on and with my size chest it made the opening HUGE and it just didn't look right. I'm all for some cleavage but... My word of advice, the minute you receive your clothes in the mail try them on pronto! And if they don't fit send them back. And don't be mislead by the pictures online either. Even if you think the girls body types are similar (I've started questions their idea of true to size). That was my issue, I didn't try them on when i first got them and before I knew it it was too late to return them. Now I'm just sad, disappointed, and out a lot of money. And now I have these clothes idk what to do with. I know it's a risk of online shopping. So I guess I'm disappointed in both myself and Hopes. It will be a while before I order from them again.

The store is neat and organized and they will order your size if it's out of stock.(free shipping ) Even my husband has been pleased to shop here for children. I wish they had more sales that didn't require buying two pairs of shoes. But that's what they do in all rack rooms. I like this particular store. Recently I bought two pairs of leather Booties I just loved and saved a lot! Even though I was helped by different staff, they were so friendly and helpful and I noticed they were quite busy straightening up shoes people had pulled from shelves and not put back . One of the bikes that I received did not have a front fender and then on Christmas Day the same bike wouldn't stay running either. So I drove 60 miles to return it or exchange it. When I walked up to the customer service desk I was greeted by a very rude female employee. It was like she was excited to tell me that there were no returns on gas powered items. She offered no help except to slam a piece of paper on the counter in front of me that said "No returns" . So now one of my grandsons is without a Christmas present. I do not recommend shopping at this store. The date and time we were in the store was 12/26/23 @ 10:30.

When I returned she asked me for my zip code that's listed on the freaking license that I had to go to the car, in the rain, to get. I said "you couldn't ask me for all the information?" I didn't with a laugh and a smile too.. I mean since she asked me anyway for the information that's right in her face, soooo....... And she turned from what she was doing and replied with "we have to have the I.d to input the information" then turned around continued imputing the information and said it's also listed on the sales receipt, you could choose not to give it to us then we just can't do the return." I said "oh ok" Then come to find out it doesn't even say state I.d. It says positive I.d and phone number, which could've been my military i.d.... I could've gave her that without going out to the car. I worked in a clothing store before and Ive dealt with some crazy customers but I was not rude or loud or anything and didn't deserve that trash Customer service she provided me with. She could've said "Oh sorry about that, it's a story policy, I just have to have the i.d in front of me." She had little patience. Mad rude and unprofessional. I wasn't even expecting her snotty reply.. Terrible experience and I will NEVER be back.
