Service, was good over the telephone, but unprofessional, rude, passive, aggressive in person…read morewent to use the range, was told my identification would be left at the register until I was finished. I expressed worry that it would be stolen, misplaced or lost, and I referred to their instruction board. That stated they are not responsible for anything that happens to me in that store. It sounds like if they lost my license or it got stolen they wouldn't be responsible and I would just be SOL because I gave it to them. After asking to speak with someone higher than the cashier for guys, came back into that little space, and stated they're gonna refuse service. This is after they check your ammunition to make sure it qualifies to be shot on their range you fill out everything on the iPad you give them your ID you pay your money and then they say sorry you're too confrontational. I had the department manager the floor manager, the store manager and when I asked to speak to the GM, they said the GM was not there. it's expensive unorganized and in this day and time when identifications are stolen in peoples whole credit, lifetime is ruined because somebody went and opened a bunch of credit cards because I got somebody's drivers license name address date of birth. I can do a lot with that. When I specifically asked, what safeguards would they use to protect my license? They said we'll just put it right there next to the register that's a no no that's an absolute no no, so go there at your own risk. But be prepared if you question anybody in that store, they're going to bring the morbidly obese store manager, almost morbidly, obese floor manager, and then the skinny as a zipper department manager and then say we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We're not gonna service you today.
