Who ever heard of paying full price for what I thought were going to be brand new, not thrift store janky ass, previously worn $70 shoes?! This is 1000% the responsibility of the store picking the item once the order is received. Clearly, whoever's job it is to pack up items to be delivered needs some retraining on what NOT to do. And then only to talk to CS and be argued with. What the hell ever happened to good CS? DO BETTER DSW

Three weeks later still no shoes nor communication as to where they were. I had to call, after waiting 20 minutes on the phone for a representative to talk to me. It seems they were lost, no others left, and my order was cancelled. All without notifying me. It will be a long time before I order from this shady business again.

Once those weren't comfortable I went to a chain store that was able to point me to a neutral shoe that I thought was comfortable but ended up injuring my feet, plus every run felt like dead weight. I finally went to this store and received individualized attention that pointed me to a brand I had never even considered. Pam spent about 30 minutes discussing and trying on shoes with me, and my feet have been happy ever since. Avoid the chain stores; go here and you won't regret it.

I rarely feel the need to write a negative review but this store definitely deserves it. If I could…read moregive zero star I would. Multiple shoes on the sale rack were not priced. After searching for a store associate - I was told I had to take them to register for a pice. So I stood in line and waited. The boot/shoe rang up $39.99 - "prefect, I'll take them" I told the cashier (in addition to 2 more pairs). Then I'm told the boots/shoes are actually $67.99. and I was given the wrong price. 10 seconds before I was told something completely different. The cashier said "sorry for your inconvenience but this is the price" - I then requested to speak to a manager. The manager was rude and not personable. She told me "the cashier rang up the wrong thing" and she would "example it to me but I wouldn't get it." She then " requested my patience since they've only been open a month. They are unable to price the items because they are busy" - the cashier was alone ringing items up - so why wasn't she being trained or being someone with her. I understand if this was their first week but a month into being open - the staff should have a understanding on how to ring items up or not be left alone. Finally she said "I can give them to you for $47.99, do u want them?" She was unprofessional and definitely needs a communication class. Also both bathrooms were out of order - not acceptable... the hall that leads to the bathroom had boxes stack over 6ft tall. It was a safety hazard squeezing pass them only to discover out of order bathrooms.

This seems to take forever, when they only have one person working the register. The guy in front of me had 3 pairs of shoes, and the cashier went in the back, and was still in the back when I left the store. There was another person waiting because they couldn't locate the other shoe for the pair she wanted to purchase. Needless to say, super inefficient, so if you want to buy a pair of shoes, get ready to wait, and hope that they can find the other shoe in the back room.

I needed a pair of decent walking sandals for a trip to Greece and they had something that worked out great. I was also looking to get a new wallet for the trip and they had the best price on decent wallets that I had seen anywhere. So I ended up buying both items and I am using both of them well after my travels. If their selection was little larger, I would have given them 5 stars, but that's a minor complaint. I would have enjoyed more products from North America, but I know that's also hard to do with the global market of today. So check out Shoe Show. I bet you'll find something you'll like.
