I bring new shoes here to have little tabs put onto the outside heel. I've never had the tab, or as he calls them, the hush puppy, fall off, or wear completely down. I was greeted by a couple of workers with hello's as I looked through the store. I didn't look at clothing; not sure of that selection or pricing. Big area of purses and bags. Not a big shoe selection (IMO). I left without purchasing anything on this first IN-store visit. Even though this was technically my third visit.
