I'm not completely sure, but I think that the guy helping us could have been the store manager for how helpful he was. He guided us through the items, completed the purchase, and even came outside to help make sure we put the item in the car correctly. Even allowed for me to use the restroom inside since I was in need. He even was able to help my brother with a question for a part. Pretty amazing since there was not a computer in front of him. He was able to tell us the rough price and how long it would take for them to get the item in if needed.
