She was told that they would get back to her by Tuesday to see if she was gonna be hired or not, but they never reached back at all. We had tried to call them to see her hiring status just to be told that the manager isn't available. We spent multiple days reaching out to them just to be told that the manager wasn't here and to come back or call tomorrow. So all of a sudden the manager isn't working one day in a seven day week? Sounds like she didn't have the guts to even send an email saying "we're not hiring". We put in so much effort for a rude and disrespectful manager to completely waste our time. If this is how she treats people she's never met before in her life, I can't imagine how she treats her employees and the customers she deals with. Something needs to be done about her horrific hiring process. The way we found out my friend wasn't hired was when one of the employees had told her that they aren't hiring. That information would've been great to know two weeks prior when my friend went in for the interview. Thanks for wasting our time

I wanted either shower shoes for the swimming pool or vented beach shoes that you can wear in the water. Shoe Carnival had several kinds, but they were ALL more expensive than online and Shoe Carnival is supposed to be a discount chain where you can find good deals. Also, the store looked low on inventory and the most common Women's sizes 8 & 9 were hard to find. I opened a box of size 9 Crocs sandals and they were dirty on the bottom, clearly a return. I don't think I will waste time here again.

I shop mainly in the Men's Big & Tall section. Although the selection is somewhat limited in the store, the area is kept up well. Today was no different. As I have been losing weight and been replacing my clothes as they become too big. Since I am not at my target weight, I do not want to invest a ton of money into these in between clothes. I found the clearance rack and was able to buy a $60 IZOD shirt for $15. Most clearance racks in most stores are a wreck and mislabeled. This rack was sized and organized my style and color. It was easy to find what I wanted. The checkout experience was just as satisfying. It seems this store has very low turnover, as I have seen the same staff at this store over the past 2 years. Each person I have come across has been extremely friendly. They engage in small talk while getting me through the line quickly. They even ask if I want to keep the hanger. Service, selection (both in store and online), and price will keep me coming back again.

So I came here and the girls helped me find the perfect pair of 2X stretchy jeans that I can climb a ladder in. I looked good, too! Next, I needed the shoes. I got the perfect pair of Ariat slip-resistant leather work shoes. While everyone else is in their $40 sneakers, I invested in a very GOOD shoe that will easily last me 9 months. The support feels so comfortable and I won't have any trouble climbing ladders. Once I had the necessities, I could relax and look at all the fun stuff in the store. I treated myself to a pair of turquoise stud earrings for my first day of work in 2021. What a wonderful place to buy boots and jeans and hats and dresses and turquoise jewelry! 5-stars.

Their clothes are twice as expensive as Habitat for Humanity's Thrift Store. If you think they are doing a "great service " to the homeless, talk to some of the people in their "program" about how they're treated. It was totally eye opening! And once, I went in there for help because some folks living in the woods had lost everything in a storm. Though they say they're there to help the homeless, they charged me full price for the blankets and clothes I needed. Frankly, I don't donate there anymore and rarely shop there.
