So I walked out with nothing, having lost the better part of an hour trying to buy bedding. I went around the corner and bought what I needed from Slumberland instead. The service there was friendly and efficient, and the bedding actually cost less than the sale prices at Kohl's. Kohl's management, in this instance your staff should have either put a sign on the door or posted a staff member at the door to turn people away. I saw at least 4 different staff people while shopping. Any one of them could have alerted me to the situation. The woman at the checkout said it had been down all day. They'd had time to come up with a contingency plan. You have lost me as a customer.

They do have a free rewards program and if you buy non sale items that are over $100 you get a rebate. My husband did say he wants to grab some items in the future for camping, possibly a tent and some bags. They have lots of options, and I like that they had an area to test your shoes on rock like terrain. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They arrived w/aUHaul truck. When they saw we had some really good stuff, one of the guys was suspiciously on the phone calling someone. My husband saw this/overheard part of the conversation before he quickly got off the phone. They tossed things in fast took all but a couple items then said they would be back in an hour. 5 hours passed. Called the store and the folks there said the guys had not yet come back from the pick up. Since the store was only about 15 minutes away I'd say they had themselves a great time picking thru and stealing the items meant for needy people. If you are the management you are either a part of this criminal activity or you are clueless and you hired the wrong people. The perfect crime from a really crappy business. What goes around comes around. Some day they will stand and be judged.
