I must say even though I had heard such great things I was still pleasantly surprised. Besides the Broad street market I haven't really visited any other businesses in the Midtown area of the city. After my visit I must say I will not only be back to Urban Snob but I look forward to checking out other local businesses. Urban Snob is not only a store but an experience. If I had to describe the vibe of the store I would compare it to Carrie from "Sex in the city" or "The Kardashians" meets "Basketball Wives" or "Love & Hip-Hop" in a boutique. If your looking for timeless accessories, business or play attire this is definitely your store!

Da-Laine offered his assistance as soon as I entered (I was looking for an apparently rare shoe my kid suddenly decided he won't wear anything else but‍) First Da-Laine checked stock, called 3 stores, took me on the stores personal site & long story short he directed me to a competitors page that I was able to order them. Although, he wasn't able to directly help me he went the EXTRA MILE to help a mother in distress (of sorts)
