Btw the online ordering was a catastrophe. Sadly the frustration with Boot Barn I see for reasons including poor customer service, order fulfillment problems, and a complete nightmare in ordering and perceived low product quality relative to price is out in the streets! . The unhelpful, slightly rude, or simply avoiding customers staff while congregating near the front occurred in three differences stores! Management must be in their offices working on their other income generators! I spent 2 hours trying to order in line, one can't ever get customer service! I had questions with the 10' grandchildren's sizes. ABCD understand?!!!! Adult or child?!!!!! Order problems: simply it cancelled my order ..... gone without clear reasons, and a lack of communication from customer service was never received upon numerous calls and request! I would've gone off on his ass because that was disrespectful and unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone to shop at this location. That guy was a total jerk. My mother was just looking for shoes that are comfortable because she works at a hospital and on her feet for a long time. I hope they do better, shame on that guy. If I could rate it a negative 10 I would. Never going there again, that was my first time at that establishment as well. Very distasteful!!!!!!!
