I did notice at the registers they had the regular registers to check out, no self-serve registers like other locations. If you had to do a return, you waited in one line and that was Amazon returns and Kohl's returns all in the same line. It went relatively quick.

She is a gifted salesperson who is helpful without being pushy, kind but not afraid to be honest in advising, and cheerful without being phony. She really knows her stuff and it was so nice to be thoroughly guided in the selection with so many choices and styles. Alicia truly went the extra mile, even having my mom try on one more pair "just to make sure," even after my mom had pretty much made her decision.
