Before leaving I figured I should open it and make sure I ordered the right product. Glad I did because I did order the wrong one, ugh. I went inside and the door attendant directed me to where the cords were and said I should get the correct one and then I could proceed to the service desk. Now that it's a month later I'm doubting my confidence that it was Jamie that assisted me? When I did the exchange she said there was money due and I interrupted saying: yes $2 and.... She said $7. We discussed that I made the purchase with $5 Best Buy Rewards bucks... would those not transfer over or did I forfeit them with the exchange? Jamie called a manager over as they clicked around and made the $5 transfer to the correct purchase! Thank you both for swiftly processing my return, purchase and also get the discount to transfer over, I very much appreciated the wonderful customer service!

I am normally not in the habit of carefully inspecting curbside orders but I really should have. They left the name of the previous customer on the box. I have contacted him and he is less than enthused about this experience, too. I would prefer to not have to drive all the way back to that store, but the customer service agents have not been helpful. I would strongly suggest not purchasing anything that you might use to feed your family. It is clear that they do not pay any attention to what they're selling.

Probably a great service for modern speakers... but i would definitely not reccomend for vintage…read morespeakers. I sent them my JBL LE14 speakers and I received them back with a huge dent in the original paper dustcap. They were poorly packed... almost no packing on bottom so that the actual frame of the speaker was banging whenever this package was moved, and also they didn't ship them face to face. It was really a let down. I contacted them and the solution they offered was to mail me two modern dustcaps and have me try and replace them myself. The issue is that replacing the dustcaps creates the same issue as a dented dustcap... probably a 20% reduction in value of these woofers. Also it don't feel comfortable trying to cut out the old caps and glue in new ones on white cone JBLs...thats I spent $200 sending them to professionals.

They installed the new one at a fair price and picked it up the next day. I would definitely go back to these guys if I need to. Good service.

I thought this was a joke. I called the guy who gave her the quote and he was serious. And then proceeded to hang up on me when I called him out. Mind you this was not the stereo system which she already bought, but just labor and some install kit. I have had similar work done for $300. She went to get a quote at Best Buy and they quoted her about $700, which is still quite high, but not $2,400. Avoid this place like the plague.
