We bought 2 sister labs in 2013. We agreed on a pick up date. We had to take off work and drive 4 hours. Two days before she cancelled said her Mom was very sick in the hospital. The next day she called to say she'd like to change back to our original pick up date. She offered up she was supposed to have a date with a someone "famous" and it was cancelled. I asked about her Mom... her response... oh yeah, she'll be fine. At that moment I knew she was a dishonest. And she knew I knew. We got our girls Oct 2013. Within 8 months both girls has to be put on medication for severe itching allergies. I reached out to Sandra seeing if I could get more health info. I called, emailed and never a response. When we went to pick up our girls when they were 12 weeks old it was SO sad to see how many were there. Puppies and up to 2 years old. At 5 our first girl blew out her ccl. And a year later her sister did too. 1 year later our first blew out her second leg. Between legs/hips and allergies we were spending over $800 a month to keep them comfortable. The first one went blind in one eye by 8 years old. We had to have them put to sleep at 10. They were a mess their whole lives. But we loved them SO much!!! Today we were discussing new dogs. WE'D NEVER DO BUSINESS with SHOW-ME LABRADORS ever again -even before knowing this!! But, we looked her up and saw she had 97 dogs removed for ANIMAL CRUELTY. Our hearts just sank. How sad for all those dogs!! Thank God we saved two of them. Tho it cost us a "mortgage" as our vet said. PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH SANDRA KOSLOWSKI OR SHOW ME LABRADORS!! Why on earth did she only get fined $5000??? And why on earth did they force 10 poor dogs to go back with her. She should be treated like the dogs they mistreated!! read more

Thank you so much, sho-me -Labs for my Brinkley. She is now 16 months and she is beautiful. She is well behaved and very smart. Her Vet says she is a picture of health. We are so proud to take her for walks in our neighborhood. She is the talk of everyone. Thanks Sho-Me-Labs, your are the Best! Karen Nash read more

Got a chocolate Labrador puppy from Sandy. Easiest pup I've ever house trained. Great retrieving instincts. Well worth every dollar I spent. Definitely would refer a friend and would be repeat buyer of another. read more

Save your money! I wish I could give 0 stars. Not realizing, I got my service dog from this huge puppy mill through another horrible company. She was diagnosed with severe hip displatia, heart murmur, allergies, anal gland issues, and a cyst all due to over breeding. She has behavior issues..both anxiety and aggressive due to the environment and treatment she got. Look up Humane Society, 100 worst puppy mills and this company is on it. It will tell you with the inspection that big dogs were in small airplane size crates, underfed along with dirty water. Dont be fooled by this company. read more

I will never go there again! We made an overnight trip to St. Louis, and found their web site. Don't be fooled by how nice the site looks. The actual facility does not compare. It is over run with dogs, outside, inside in crates. Odor in office is terrible. Web site says dogs are boarded in an indoor outdoor facility. When I picked mine up, she was in a crate. She was starving for water. She stunk and her bedding stunk so badly we had to just throw it away. Web site says boarding is $14/day, you bring your own food. I took her in @ 11:30am on Friday, wanted to pick her up at 12 noon Saturday, but they told me they were closed until 3:00pm. When I arrived at 3pm, I found out why. They charged me for 2 days boarding! I said, she was only here for 1 day. They countered, no, you brought her in on Friday, that's one day and picked her up on Saturday, that's two days. I guess if you get $14 boarding, you have to bring them one morning and pick them up that afternoon. I thought that was day care. I felt sorry for all the Labs lying around in portable kennels. read more

I regret paying $2500 for a "trained" 2 year old lab from this breeder. We made an emotional decision because Katie was so cute and ignored A LOT of red flags. Once we took the dog out of her normal surroundings she was a different dog. After 2 months in own home she is still scared of everything, will barely follow commands, will only eat dog food from her kennel floor because she is so scared of a bowl. She doesn't play at all even though the breeder promised that she LOVED to play fetch. When I expressed my concerns to the breeder, she was not responsive and when she finally did respond she blamed everything on her severe depression and would not give us any of our money back if we returned her even though we did not get the dog that we were promised and that we paid for because she had already spent the money and didn't have it to return. Her only solution was to trade her for a different dog which I was open to but then she never got back to me. People ask me all the time if this dog was abused when they see how timid and afraid she is. I often wonder myself. Next time I will do more research and pay more attention to the many red flags that I now realize. This breeder wreaks of puppy mill with a mix of puppies and older dogs that probably didn't sell as puppies and now they are passing them off as "trained". read more
