Disappointed. Ruth was superior! She was sweet, helpful and…read moretried to answer my questions. Abi (manager) chimed into Ruth & my conversation, so to include her, I began asking her questions after finding out she was the manager. She appeared annoyed by me, all along typing on her laptop not giving me any eye contact or showing any interest answering my questions about my two fur-babies attending day camp. Today was the first day both my dogs attended 1/2 day of the day camp. I was told they allow the dogs out in certain groups 15 mins at a time, to not over stimulate them. So on a 1/2 day, they get two 15 mins out to socialize/play. Because both my girls appeared not interested in the other dogs the first 15 minutes out, that on the second 15 minutes out, they just let them out with each other. I'm so confused. How are dogs going to socialize, if you don't continue introducing them to others during playtime. A full day, they are allowed a total of one hour of socialization/playtime. And they are put up in a "cabin" for the remaining of the stay. Doesn't seem much for a day camp.
