I didn't know that Dr. Riordan comes out this way too and I really like her and I was sad at the prospect of losing her. Thank goodness. Every staff person I came into contact with was really nice. Also, they seem to be a lot faster than the other location. I have to get a special exam every 6 months as I'm a genetic suspect for a condition and they want to catch it early if anything changes. The entire visit from the special exam, the imaging, the vision test, the doctor exam was efficient but not rushed and I was always asked if I had any questions. I'm gonna continue coming here. I overheard that they do not take vision insurance while in the office. I assume that's because they are a specialist office but I'd double-check that.

I first went here because I had just experienced an ocular migraine (which I had never had before and it was very scary) and when I called, they got me an appointment for the very next morning, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Houston was thorough in his exam and, thankfully, assured me it was just an ocular migraine and he educated me about them. My son sees Dr. J and she's great with kids and speaks to them in a way that is respectful, caring, and easy for them to understand. Also: we love the guy at the front desk, Gabriel!
