They have spirit-forward as well as citrusy. Never had one I didn't like. The spirits (as of this writing, still available at some local liquor shops) are fantastic. My absolute favorite is the Lady Anne white rum. Some white rums are barely better than rbbing alcohol, but this has character and depth and makes a fantastic mojito. RIP Lost Ark!

They offer a tasting of all 17, which my friends and I shared - so fun. That way we were able to figure out which were our favorites and order a cockatil made that with liqueur. It's a large space, with several bar and seating areas. They also have a menu of cocktails and some simple food items if you need a snack while you're there. It's a classic distillery bar space (industrial, concrete, no windows) but has a lot of style and was very comfortable. The service was great, and it was a very experience overall. They distill some really unique spirits, and it's a fun experience to go and try them all or visit for cocktails!

Jeff Bridges would love this White Russian (movie hint: What "The Dude" drinks in The Big Lebowski). Also tried a Hot Cider, made with their pear bandy--yummy. Walked out with a bottle of their Old Dutch Style Gin and some of their maple syrup. The maple syrup is a partnership with a maple syrup producer from Vermont. Sangfroid ages it in rye barrels. Marketed as "Strong Syrup", it's top-notch stuff. Open 3 days a week, I've encouraged them to increase the hours!
