We didn't know what to expect but have seen his items on TikTok so knew he was legit. William gave us a residential address and we got there in 20 minutes from the city of Vernal. He had all his wares displayed and though a little rustic the experience was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. William had many dinosaur fossils, jewelry pieces and other types of relics found on private land. It was amazing to see the different pieces and hear about the origins of items of teeth, bones, oceanarium type artifacts. Jewelry pieces are made from fossils and definitely you could see the time and energy put into each item. Since William is a small business with pop up shops his prices are affordable. Inventory does change frequently. His passion and love for dinosaurs is infectious. If you have time he is a good resource for dinosaur information and souvenirs.

A very helpful gentleman answered the phone and confirmed he had the part we needed. Since it was Memorial Day weekend and they would be closed until Tuesday he kindly stayed after 6pm while we rushed over to get the part! He saved our weekend!! we called Monday desperate for help with our fifth wheel. We had gone around a curve in the…read moremountains and the RV fridge leaped out of its cabinet, strewing food everywhere. we tried to brace it back up unsuccessfully. The service folks at Esquire RV told us to come right in and they would try to help get us back on the road. they did better than that. the folks who had installed it earlier this year had done a terrible job, using only 4 short screws to attach it to a cabinet made of super thin wood and never bothered to extend the little adjustable legs on the bottom of the fridge, so the fridge was floating on an unstable paper thin floor. They built in a new cabinet with insulation behind it to keep the cold in, used much better pocket screws, filled in the gaps, and upgraded the veneer which the original folks had not even bothered to supply. We ended up with a better cabinet altogether. They got us back on the road same day. Awesome, great. friendly folks. I highly recommend.

We ended up getting a return phone call first thing Monday morning as we were driving. What wonderful customer service!!! Explained the situation and told us to come right over. Upon arrival everyone from office staff to mechanics were all so nice and very professional. We were in and out in under an hour. If in town and need any service done, this is your place.

Brought my bike in for a repair, they said they'd get back to me with an estimate. 3 days pass so I call them to get an update. Says they need to order a part and will get back to me. 2 days pass, no update. So I pick my bike up because I'm leaving town. Also interested in purchasing a bike. Their website says they have certain models in stock. When I visited the store they didn't - just more expensive bikes. Visited Grail Cycle and Skate based on a recommendation from a local. The vibe there was completely different. The owner was knowledgeable, helpful, and it was obvious he loved to bike. I bought a bike from them. Altitude Cycle = waste of space. You'd get the same experience at a Wal-Mart.

Service so bad you'll think it's malicious…read more Much like the other one-star reviewer's experience, we were also treated like Altitude Cycle must make so much money they can afford to let thousands of dollars walk out the door. My wife and I wanted to purchase two mountain bikes, along with a full compliment of accessories, and were going to have our bikes serviced there indefinitely. We also planned to have our road bikes serviced there, and to buy a handful of family bikes when the need would arise. All told, had the employees and manager cared to figure out what our long-term business relationship would bring they would've realized we were prepared to spend around $10k. Long story short, we were jerked around by staff reference ordering one of the bikes. Over the course of a month they "took down our information" a couple of times, stated outright they ordered one of the bikes they didn't have on hand, never called us back, and when we finally went into the store they lied straight to our faces when they started throwing each other and the new owner under the bus. We spent a month of this outdoor season waiting for this bike to get in, when they never had any intention of ordering it. One of their lies is that they claimed there was a "misunderstanding" and they "never took our information down.". But they in fact took our information down the first time in store, the second time over the phone, declined to bring up the lack of contact information when we went into the store two weeks ago, and this final time in store, they claimed ignorance altogether. This problem of them losing our contact information only came up a month later, meanwhile we've been strung along believing the bike was on order, which the employees told us was the case over the phone and in person. In conclusion, their sheer disregard, indifference, and lies made our experience with Altitude Cycle feel malicious. What other possible explanation is there?
