The staff and facility I thought was great. The end result a year later is that I do think they look much better, but I don't feel they look the same. The shape is different. This may be because of the prior lumpectomy but I think this should have been taken into consideration. Also the side i had the lipo looks like it needs a bit more lipo as you can see a section that clearly needs a bit more. There is like a layer of fat. When I went to my last follow up, the Dr wasn't there. And he wasn't there on a few follow up visits. The nurse was, to take some final pics and said I can have a bit more lipo done, but it would be another lipo procedure, meaning I would have to pay again. Which I feel to be unfair as I already paid to make them look the same. And already paid for lipo. This was expensive ..all in all, I feel they look better than before but still don't think paying for more lipo is quite fair. Also while I was recovering one side got a fungal Infection. I don't know how that could happen as I kept it very clean and followed all the directions. All I can think of is the tape that was put on was not put on properly and moisture got beneath it. I had to go in and have the tape removed earlier than expected, and put anti fungal medication on. It wasn't even noticed , as I was sending photos, until I specifically pointed it out. So I did have a difficult recovery. It was a stressful time for me.

Anyway, as for the products, I came here looking for a specific type of synthetic braiding hair for box braids I plan to get this weekend. They did have the brand but not in the colors I needed. It was very difficult to tell what they had because everything is mixed around and out of place and the employees do not try to fix it. One employee actually said to me, "Yeah, it's all mixed around so it's hard to find anything." As for the customer service... this is the main reason I gave this place ONE STAR! I do not expect customer service to be perfect because I know that is not realistic in most businesses, sadly. But this was just awful. Here are some examples listed in the order of when I walked in to when I left: 1. As I walked in a man approached one of the workers and asked the worker how much a certain hat was. The employee responded by saying, "Oh I don't work here but that guy does," and pointed to the man behind the counter; who was servicing a very long line at the time. I then watched the employee who claimed he didn't work there pull out a key and open a jewelry display for another customer. Very odd... 2. I was searching for the hair I needed in the disorganized cluster of mixed brands/ colors while a woman who worked there was standing a few feet from me. But he just started bothering the girl behind the counter. I asked him if he could please ring me up because I had to get back to work. He pointed at the girl behind the counter and said she will. I then said please I have to get to work (the woman in front of me still hadn't decided if she wanted the product and the line was now a few people long.) He just laughed and looked at the employee ringing up the indecisive customer and said he didn't feel like ringing anyone up. I then said pleaseeee sir I really need to get back to work (I now only had 10 minutes left.) The female employee told him he had to ring me up and to just do it.
