I went into Shipleys with my 2 grand children and my wife on Tuesday Sept 3 at 10:30 am. The service from the cashier was excellent. She was there by herself handling the drive thru and the dining room. It was pouring rain so she was very busy, but worked very quickly and efficiently to take care of of both areas. I recommend this shop highly for hot and fresh donuts in all varieties, as well as superior service from the Team member. Im sorry I forgot her name! Great job!!! read more

This place is alright, I only went due to the convenience. The kolaches aren't very flavorful and the donuts are just donuts. I'd rather support a small local business than come back. The staff also wasn't very friendly, they were fast, like they were trying to get me in and out even though I was the only customer in the line inside. read more

Stopped by for some donuts and kolaches. Service was great. Quick and efficient. I love that the dough for the kolaches is soft. The blueberry cake donut and butterfly roll were delicious. My son loved his white cream filled bar. Will def return and recommend. read more

I need to remember to Check-In to our regular places more and Review. I bring my son and daughter here usually every other Saturday and have always had Great Service along with Outstanding Donuts. Smelt so good in there! I live in Saginaw and the first time I noticed this place was when I had to pick up for a door dash delivery. Sadly, the passive aggressive employee made me not want to spend money at this location. She was just unhappy and kept mumbling things under her mask. Excited to try Shipley Do-Nuts and it was also National Doughnut Day as well....what more could a person want. Arrived at 1:00 in the afternoon and it wasn't busy so my granddaughter and I should have had an enjoyable time for our first Shipley experience. The person who took my order never smiled and made me feel like we were an inconvenience in her day. It was obvious she had better things to do than help us. I decided to order a dozen donuts since I was there. The issue was I left with less. There was an English language barrier and she could not tell me how many more donuts I needed for a dozen. She even held the box from my view. Then she decided she had enough and just rang my order up....8 donuts and 2 apple fritters. I thought Shipley would be great since you can get donuts after noon. The donuts were okay tasting, but the other doughnut shops in Saginaw have a better product and personality. read more
