Installation wasn't what was sold to us (much lower causing the 12' outside edge to be below head height. One of the brackets was installed out of plane with the rest of them, causing it to rub on the canvas extending and retracting. This wore a two inch hole in the canvas! Yes, covered under warranty, but it took more than a year to get it covered. The new Canvas, while it looks great, is now rubbing on the same bracket! The warranty crew said "Richard" would contact me to correct the bracket, but he never did. No call back, no emails, nothing. NOTHING from Sunsetter either! DO NOT ORDER a Sunsetter awning, and DO NOT ever deal with Ship Shape Canvas. Horrible customer service.
