All these open signs are on, yet they said they're closed. Sign says closed at 7 but it's 6:30pm. Very unprofessional. 24/7 mailboxes? Forget about it! You will access your mailbox when they want you too. Please save time and trouble and go somewhere else. read more

This is the most cheerful shipping location I have ever been to. I was greeted enthusiastically at the door. The store clerk quickly scanned in my pre paid package. She then also told me when it would leave the store. She also helpful let me know what other services were available at her location. I highly recommend this location. read more

Not only did Roscoe himself, agree to help me, but they added a very personal touch to the gift delivery by creating a special birthday certificate to present to our colleague along with the gifts that the courier had to make two stops along the way to pick up and then deliver to the final destination, our co-worker's home. THANK YOU, ROSCOE! Good heart with GREAT customer service - a rarity these days!
