Servers were extremely attentive, borderline stalkerish. I can down a neatly wrapped lettuce bundle in one bite, but I think watching me eat isn't as astonishing as seeing a shark devour whichever prey succumbs upon being targeted. I can somewhat ally with animals at the zoo during feeding time now. Tables are a little too close for comfort whilst a pandemic is still ravaging the population. My advice is to eat as soon as they open. More people come in later and you'll be finished by then. I've never favored crowds, now more than ever. Dine early! And, by early, that's Spain's early, which is roughly 19:00. Food! It was fulfilling and delicious. I loved the pa kimchi, which is green onion kimchi. It was robust and spicy! All of the banchan were 100% good. I will always recommend the pork belly. I haven't tried the kimchi jjigae yet, but that and soondubu jjigae are markers of whether a Korean restaurant is legit. When we sat down, we looked at their weird computer menu and wondered if we should just walk out, but we felt bad. We really should've walked out.
