They have been working for 3 days now and seem to be replacing probably ¼ of my roof. We'll see how it goes, but so far I'm happy with the way things are going. Adjusting my rating. NOT happy so far. We got a new roof by Schaefer in 2021 because of leaks and we have had 3 leaks so far since our new roof. We just now discovered our 3rd. We're going to get a 3rd party inspection done and then possibly explore legal options. They were the highest bid, but we went with them because we thought they would do a good job (from past experience).

We have Anderson windows but they were installed when the house was built in 1987. Some were ok, some needed some work and some needed to be replaced. Seals, caulking, rebuild a sliding glass doors, all new interior handles and 3 windows were too far gone so they were replaced with new construction windows. The good stuff: They are an Anderson window distributor and installer. They know these windows and know how to work on them. And they are a very friendly group to work with. They did excellent work and the windows and sliding glass doors all work like new. The not-so-good. They don't communicate at all. I had to call and call to get any information, even if they planned to show up to work! In spite of the communication issue, I'd certainly use them to work on any Anderson windows.

I was crystal clear with Dalton my main goal was to make sure my puppy could not get out of the back yard. He said he understood. If he undestood, he didnt deliver. He left huge gaps at the bottom of the fence and gates that my Yorkie easily slipped thru. He assured me that he would fix it, which he did not. On top of building the fence, I paid him to stain it. He did a terrible job on that too. He said he would fix that when he came back to fix the gaps in the fence. He didnt do that either. I paid him to buy supplies for another project he was going to do for me. He stole the supplies and never did the project. My 80 year old mother in law paid him to do a project for her. He ripped her off by doing half the job and never returning. He has excuses for every scenario and nothing is his fault. The owner of Quality Nest Developments, Dalton Wisner, is a liar and a thief.
