We had to wait more than 20 minutes before anyone greeted us and when they did, they were extremely rude. The last time we were there, I spun a wheel and got a free eyebrow wax. I asked if I could use that. They laughed at me and I couldn't. That was fine. Then my daughter got highlights. I picked her up almost 3 hours later and her hair looked the exact same. ($265) I contacted the salon the next day to ask what we could do about it and I did not hear back. I reached out to them three more times and never heard back again. Very disappointing! I don't know if they have new owners or the customer service just sucks.

My first impression was that this is a clean and trendy place - I liked the vibe :) I had come prepared with some photos of cuts and colors. I wanted to go a little bolder, a little brighter. Becca checked out my photos and went to work. She was very thorough, leaving no hair untouched. My rinse and wash was very relaxing, and the products used smelled wonderful. Becca was very friendly and fun to chat with. She definitely has experience and knows what she is doing. My hair turned out fabulous - just like the pictures!! It felt and looked so much healthier and happier :D I highly recommend Becca and will be back to see her if I cannot see my regular stylist ;) THANK YOU!

They got me in right on schedule, and did a super cute cut very quickly. My little guy was very squirmy to begin with, but they were patient and kind and worked with me to make him laugh, keep him happy, and relatively still so that the haircut could be achieved. Thought I'd give cookie cutters a try. BIG MISTAKE. When we got there, there were at least 6-8 kids running around screaming. There was garbage on the floor and snacks and open food spilled out on the check in counter. Nobody acknowledged me when we walked in, so I flagged someone down. The employee "checked us in" and told us to wait. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES later and there were still kids in front of us waiting for their hair to be cut. One of the employees spent over 10 minutes chit chatting with a friend, rather than doing her job. The employees also had their children there with them. They were running around, getting into things, and just a major distraction to the employees. At one point one of them even stopped in the middle of giving someone a haircut to feed her kids dinner. WTF?!?! Needless to say we walked out after waiting for over a half an hour. It was the most chaotic and frustrating experience I've ever had. We went across the street to Great Clips and had a great experience. I will never return to Cookie Cutters - nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.
