Within days, my daughter experienced intense scalp pain, breakage, and noticeable hair loss. Instead of enhancing her hair, this service destroyed it. She now has uneven patches, weakened strands, and damage that will take months--if not longer--to recover from. A hair extension install should never leave someone afraid to touch or brush their own hair. The employee "checked us in" and told us to wait. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES later and there were still kids in front of us waiting for their hair to be cut. One of the employees spent over 10 minutes chit chatting with a friend, rather than doing her job. The employees also had their children there with them. They were running around, getting into things, and just a major distraction to the employees. At one point one of them even stopped in the middle of giving someone a haircut to feed her kids dinner. WTF?!?! Needless to say we walked out after waiting for over a half an hour. It was the most chaotic and frustrating experience I've ever had. We went across the street to Great Clips and had a great experience. I will never return to Cookie Cutters - nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.
