He never washed my windows. We originally agreed to come on Saturday. He called a few days before and asked if he could come Friday at noon, I said 1pm would be better since I have physical therapy from 11am to noon and needed time to clean up after my therapy, He said ok, 1pm would be fine. At noon i pulled into my driveway after my physical therapy and he smiled and laughed and said i'm a little early. I said no, you are ALOT early. He said he'd leave. It's now 1:35 pm so I guess he's not coming. Apparently 1pm wasn't good enough for him and even though we agreed on 1pm he showed up at noon. He obviously wanted to come at noon so he did. So 1 star for totally ignoring my wishes. His behavior reminded me of a toddler which didn't get their way. I'm sure he does a great job under his terms so make perfectly sure to agree to what he wants. read more

Really happy with the results on our single family home. The request for an estimate was next day, it covered several different options with prices and date/time was arranged all in short order. Prices are per window. We had inside and outside done and the windows look great. The only drawback is that it is so bright inside I can see all the dust! read more

Justin did a fantastic job and more so he was trustworthy. We were able to let him do his thing while we were running errands without any issue. While we truly appreciated him cleaning our windows back in the fall what reminded me to write a review was the cold weather. He took the time to latch and close every window after cleaning them when I know full well that some were left unsecured by myself. This is a small detail that made me smile.
